Hello, my name is Josh McCoy. My wife, LeeAnn, and I have called Portland, TN, home for five years and are members of Oasis Church. Originally from Madisonville, KY, I am a REALTOR® with Compass in Hendersonville, TN, and also hold a Kentucky real estate license.

I am a member of the Portland Chamber of Commerce, Sumner Realtor Association, and RASK. I was honored as PARKS 2020 Rookie of the Year for Sumner County, serve on the Circle of Leaders and SAR Golf Committee, and hold the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.
